Subscription and Payments

- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us at support@docuee.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

AI Writing Assistance
- Docuee provides AI-powered writing tools to help students structure, draft, and improve their academic work.
- AI-generated content is a starting point only. You must review, edit, and personalise all AI output before submitting it as part of your academic work.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools complies with your institution's academic integrity and plagiarism policies.
- Docuee does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or academic suitability of AI-generated content.
- By using any AI feature on the platform, you confirm that you accept full responsibility for all content submitted under your account.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these terms. You may also choose to terminate your account at any time directly from your dashboard settings.
