There’s no formal free trial, but students can get started for free by exploring the platform and creating projects. A subscription is only needed when you're ready to submit projects or access advanced features like coursework.
If your subscription expires before completing a project, you’ll need to renew your subscription to continue submitting and accessing your work. All previously submitted work remains safe and accessible in your account.
You can message your assigned supervisor or instructor directly through the platform and also collaborate with them inside the in-app editor.
Yes. If you believe another supervisor or instructor would better support your work, please reach out to your school admin for assistance.
Absolutely. All your academic projects work is securely stored in the cloud with automatic backups.
We don’t offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but you will retain full access until your current billing cycle ends.
Students can create and manage projects on the platform, then submit them for supervisor review when ready.
Yes, your work is saved securely and remains accessible at any time. However, an active subscription is required to continue editing, submitting projects, or accessing certain features.
